A British man who got started getting tattoos fifteen years ago is now fully covered in tattoos from head to toe, with just 3% of his skin left without any ink.
Keith Gordon from Essex, England, is a 67-year-old man who got his permanent at age 52 and now has hundreds of tattoos on his body, including his head, lips, and eyelids.
Recently, Mr. Gordon got another tattoo on his lower leg that reads, ‘f*** off’ and says he will not stop getting more tattoos.
The dad-of-three says he still has 3% of his skin left that is not covered in ink and is determined to fill those empty spaces mostly on his legs.
“I have no regrets about looking like this, although it makes basic tasks a bit challenging,” said Keith. “I get stares constantly and people come up to me asking if they hurt and what they cost. Being heavily tattooed though, it’s like an addiction.”
“You’re chasing the high and the euphoria of getting more tattoos, each more outrageous than the last. At the moment now I just want to get rid of any white spaces. I’m going towards total coverage now.”
Keith Gordon, who has made appearances on Jurassic Park and EastEnders due to his unique appearance, said he does not have a total estimate of all his tattoos. However, his face and head tattoos cost him £6,500.
According to Keith, he got his first-ever tattoo at the age of 17 but later removed it using the skin graft technique.
But when he turned 52, he decided to cover his body in numerous tattoo designs.
“I don’t know how many there are in total. I’ve lost count. It is just one big project,” he said. “But getting my whole head tattooed was a very extreme, intense experience.”
“At times it was very, very painful especially around the corner of the eyes, the lip and parts of the inner ear – that was absolutely killer.”
Now the dad-of-three vows to cover his body in ink from head to toe, leaving no area uncovered with tattoos except for the part under his boxers.
Mr. Gordon has some regular tattoos like his children and wife’s names and some demonic and satanic designs. He said he loves them all.
“I like to shock people. It’s a kind of high, an addiction. You’re chasing the euphoria, wanting more outrageous,” he said.
He concluded, “For now, I’m just going to keep going until everything’s covered.”
